MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

OS: WINDOWS VISTA SP2/WINDOWS 7/WINDOWS 8
CPU: AMD/INTEL DUAL-CORE 2.4 GHZ
RAM: 4096 MB
GPU: 1024 MB 100% DIRECTX 9 AND SHADERS 4.0 COMPATIBLE
AMD RADEON HD 5850/NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 560 OR HIGHER
NETWORK: BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION
HARD DRIVE: 5 GB AVAILABLE SPACE
AUDIO: DIRECTX 9 COMPATIBLE
ADDITIONAL NOTES: INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED FOR ONLINE GAMING AND GAME ACTIVATION


CANNOT RUN THE GAME

A. Uninstall and reinstall Etherium:

1. Click LIBRARY.
2. Right click 'Etherium' and click 'Delete Local Content...'.
3. Once the game removed, click the button 'INSTALL'.

B. Please check that Etherium is correctly installed:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click 'Etherium' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then click the button 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE'.

C. Please configure the game in order to run it in administrator mode:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Etherium' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Right click on the application 'Etherium' (or 'Etherium.exe') and click 'Properties'.
5. Click the tab 'Compatibility' and check 'Run this program as an administrator' under Privilege Level.
6. Click the button 'OK' and run the game.

D. Please update Microsoft DirectX:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Etherium' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Open the folder '_CommonRedist' then the folder 'DirectX'.
5. Open the folder 'Jun2010' and run the application 'DXSETUP'.
6. Follow the instructions.

E. Please install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable:

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Etherium' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Open the folder '_CommonRedist' then the folder 'vcredist'.
5. Open the folder '2010' and run the application 'vcredist_x64' then 'vcredist_x86'.

F. Please update the drivers of the graphics card:

AMD RADEON


1. Click http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
2. Click the button ‘DOWNLOAD NOW’ under Automatically Detect and Install Your Driver.
3. Download and run the application 'autodetectutility.exe'.
4. If an update is available, click the button 'DOWNLOAD NOW'.
5. Once the download done, click the button 'Install' from the AMD Catalyst Software installation.
6. Click the button 'Next'.
7. Check 'Custom' under 'Installer Welcome' and click the button 'Next'.
8. Uncheck 'AMD Quick Stream Technology' and 'AMD Gaming Evolved App' (if available) under 'Component Selection'.
9. Click the button 'Next' then the button 'Accept'.

NVIDIA GEFORCE

1. Click http://www.geforce.com/drivers
2. Click the button 'DOWNLOAD' under Automatic Driver Updates.
3. Download and run the application 'GeForce_Experience_v2.2.2.0.exe'.
4. Once the installation done, run GeForce Experience.
5. Click the tab 'DRIVERS' then the button 'Check for updates'.
6. Follow the instructions.


IF YOU HAVE A LAPTOP COMPUTER WITH TWO GRAPHICS CARDS

INTEL HD + AMD RADEON

Please select the AMD RADEON graphics card to play Etherium:

1. Right click on the background of the Desktop and click AMD Catalyst Control Center.
2. Click the button 'Power' then 'Switchable Graphics'.
3. Click the button 'High-performance' or 'High-performance GPU' under 'Choose a Graphics Processing Unit'.
4. Click the button 'Browse' under 'Other Applications'.
5. Browse and open the folder 'Etherium' located by default in 'Local Disk (C:)', folder 'Program Files' or 'Program Files (x86)', 'Steam', 'SteamApps' and 'Common'.
6. Select the application 'Etherium' (or 'Etherium.exe') and click the button 'Open'.
7. Click the button 'Apply' then close the AMD Catalyst Control Center and run the game.

INTEL HD + NVIDIA GEFORCE

Please select the NVIDIA GEFORCE graphics card to play Etherium:

1. Right click on the background of the Windows Desktop and click NVIDIA Control Panel.
2. Click Manage 3D settings under 3D Settings in 'Select a Task...'.
3. Click the tab Program Settings under 'I would like to use the following 3D settings:'.
4. Click the button Add under '1. Select a program to customize:'.
5. Browse and open the folder 'Etherium' located by default in 'Local Disk (C:)', folder 'Program Files' or 'Program Files (x86)', 'Steam', 'SteamApps' and 'Common'.
6. Select the application 'Etherium' (or 'Etherium.exe') and click the button 'Open'.
7. Select 'High-performance NVIDIA processor' under '2. Select the preferred graphics processor for this program:'.
8. Click the button 'Apply' then close the NVIDIA Control Panel and run the game.


CHOOSE THE GAME LANGUAGE

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on 'Etherium' and click Properties.
3. Click the tab 'LANGUAGE' and select the language.
4. Click the button 'CLOSE' and run the game.


HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM

A. Please generate a Microsoft DirectX diagnostic report:

1. Press the keys WINDOWS (bottom left) and R.
2. Type DXDIAG and click the button 'OK' from the Run window.
3. Click the button 'Save All Information...'.
4. Save the file 'DxDiag.txt' on the hard disk.

B. Please compress the folder CoreDump (if there is one):

NOTE: when the game crashes, if there's a window with "The game crashed [...]", then there's a CoreDump folder created in your Etherium folder.

1. Click LIBRARY.
2. Right click 'Etherium' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'.
4. Right click the folder with a 'Date_Number' (for example: 2015-03-21_132716).
5. Click on 'Send to' then on 'Compressed (zipped) folder'.

C. Please provide the files 'output_log.txt' and 'Connexion_test.txt':

1. Click LIBRARY.
2. Right click 'Etherium' and click 'Properties'.
3. Click the tab 'LOCAL FILES' then the button 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES'
4. Open the folder 'Etherium_Data'.

Send in attachment these files (DxDiag.txt, Date_Number.zip, output_log.txt and ConnexionTest.txt) along with any screenshots and a short description of your issue to: support@focus-home.com
